Granite Countertop Questions

- What are your hours?
- We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays by appointment. You can fax your plans anytime to 541-773-5280 ("ATTN: Cornerstone"), or email them to us at cornerstonecountertops@yahoo.com. In order to give you a quote, we just need a simple sketch of your kitchen!
- Do you install?
- Yes, we do it all! Our full fabrication and granite installation teams are trained to install your job right.

- How long does the process take?
- We usually schedule jobs two to three weeks in advance of when you will be ready to start. Once your template date arrives, we will come to your home and make a complete template of your countertops. We will then take the templates back to our fabrication shop to be cut exactly to those measurements. If you would like us to tear out and dispose of your old counters, we can do that as well. Usually, we are back installing your new around 3-4 business days later!
- Do I need to make an appointment to get started?
- No appointment is necessary. Just bring in your plans or a simple sketch of your kitchen or project
with the countertop measurements.
- Where can I see the stone slabs?
- We do stock some slab inventory here, but many of our clients find their stone locally at Oregon Tile and Marble by the Medford Airport. OT&M is a great place to start if you would like to see actual slabs. If you don't see the perfect color there, we can give you some websites to help you in your stone search, or if you prefer, you can visit our Portland area suppliers. Whatever your stone needs, you are sure to find just the right color from the dozens of stones available from countries around the world.
